Are you passionate about social causes? Do you want to know your words are making a difference? Writing for some of Toronto’s 5,785 registered charities may be for you.

Come and learn how freelancers can work with charities, nonprofits, and social enterprises to create great content for:

  • awareness campaigns
  • advocacy initiatives
  • and fundraising efforts!

Cost
FREE for PWAC members and students (please register online; students, please show proof of academic enrolment at the door)

$10 for members of associate writers’ groups who register online by midnight before the event, or $15 at the door

$15 for non-members who register online by midnight before the event

$20 for non-members at the door

Cheers with Peers open networking takes place following each evening seminar, offering a great opportunity to directly connect with panelists and other professional writers. Cheers events take place at Madison Avenue Pub, 14 Madison Ave. (buy your own cheers).
